This section is about the period 1950-1960, the post-war period, which was first characterized by narrow-mindedness and Cold War anxiety. For many city children, the annual free train ticket is the way to light and air in the countryside. But here, too, the children must all participate in the daily toil on the farm, alternating with meager lessons in the village school. During the 50s, great changes take place. Financial aid and new goods arrive from the United States. One is influenced by the American way of life, the term "Teenager" arises, and they become the first generation of young people with money in their pockets.
