Description: In 1934, the Frederiksberg Swimming Pool was inaugurated. Previously, the children went to Heligoland in the summer months to learn to swim. The new swimming pool was a big step forward. Before the children were let loose in the swimming hall, they had to practice all swimming strokes and swimming techniques - the so-called dry swimming, which took place at the school itself.
